Seed Sharing™ Marketplace

We recognise that the 2019 cropping season has been difficult for many farmers, with widespread drought and frost making it very difficult to recover seed to plant in 2020.

We want to see farming communities bounce back quickly, and would like to help growers have better access to seed of AGT varieties for 2020.

In the past, our Seed Sharing™ initiative has been an incredibly popular way for farmers to trade seed of AGT varieties, allowing other farmers to access seed in large amounts and at low cost. With the expected short supply of seed of AGT varieties across Australia this season, we are taking steps to make it even easier for growers to help each other obtain seed, with the creation of the Seed Sharing™ Marketplace.

If you are either a grower wanting to purchase seed, or a grower that will have seed for sale, you can register your details with us, and we will advertise your details below.

To register as a buyer or seller, simply email your name, location, best contact details, variety, and amount of seed wanted/available to:

AGT requires a signed "AGT Seed Sharing™ License Agreement" to be completed by the "Seller" and the person/business to whom they wish to sell or trade the seed (the "Purchaser"). Download the License Agreement here.

Please note that AGT will not enter into any negotiations between transacting parties. The Seed Sharing Marketplace only exists to help growers advertise or find seed for sale.
